How to use?

 

There are two major features:

  1. Generate the optimized sales strategy

  2. Monitor the competitor

 

Generate the optimized sales strategy

  • What does it for? Achieve the highest margin by relocating the inventory to the highest margin marketplaces, adjusting the price and inventory, optimizing the product assortment portfolio based on the desired margin
  • Who need this? Reseller or retailer who trade in local or global marketplaces

 

  1. Basic Search – First, you have to decide the search criteria. If you carry specific inventory, you can search by brand / keywords. If you would like to fix the sales margin and no problem on selling what kinds of products, you can type the desired margin percentage and identify the sales strategy
    • Search by brand / keywords

  2. The sales strategy – The sales strategy is based on the initial search criteria. You can customize the sales strategy by adding the advance filtering criteria. User can base on the recommended sales strategy to adjust the sales plan such as the sales price, sourcing cost, marketplace channels, adding new product assortment in order to achieve a higher sales margin.
    • The sales margin recommendation is based on the general cost i.e. marketplace and payment solution commission. You can download the report in Excel and use your own cost such logistic rate, payment solution commission, packaging cost to tailor-made your sales plan.
    • Find the supplier information – After locating the specific product, you can either add to wish list or click to see the supplier information. The system will transfer to the specific supplier who sell such product. If such supplier does not provide the online purchase, you can fill-in the TradeMonday’s order form and TradeMonday will help you to follow up the ordering process.
    • Find the selling marketplace information – The selling marketplace represents the seller who sell the lowest price at the point of results generation. The item sold in last week represents the estimated average completed sales transaction in last 7 days at the point of results generation.
  3. Advance filter – After showing the sales plan, you can narrow the search criteria by using advance filter.
    • Filter by product related criteria – Beside narrow down the results on specific sub-categories, this helps user to decide the sourcing product cost per unit. You can decide to trade the luxury products or lower value products e.g. mobile accessories.
    • Filter by sourcing related criteria – You can decide the sourcing locations such as buy from China or U.S. based on the drop-down list. There is the particularly function – Sourcing cost, that customize the sales plan based on your investment. You can adjust the Sourcing cost from less than a thousand to over a million. No matter the size of your business, the sales plan can generate the sales results based on specific investment amount.
    • Filter by sales related criteria – You can decide which geographic or specific marketplaces that you prefer to sell, e.g. you can focus to sell in U.S. or all Amazon locate only.
  4. Export the sales plan
    • The function of export the sales plan in excel is only available for the paid user.
    • The report includes the total result results in excel format, so that it facilitates user to further customized the sales margin and sales plan based on the specific fee and commission.
  5. Save your search results in wish list
    • The data will be refreshed in daily basis to make sure the sales plan is responsive to the latest marketplaces situation. Therefore, the data of the sales plan will be vary from time to time.
    • You can save the whole sale plan or by specific product level by clicking the save button. You can access the saved sales plan from time to time by accessing to your account.
  6. Retrieve your transaction history
    • When you submit the order form to TradeMonday, the system will create the order history. TradeMonday will contact you such specific order process.
    • You can access the saved order form from time to time by accessing to your account under the transaction history tab.
  7. Account management
    • To access your account, you can click the top navigation to select the functions under the account management.
    • You can change your account details, subscription plan and the payment details under the account management.

 

Monitor the competitor

 

  • What does it for? To track the seller who sell the lowest price for the specific product from multiple marketplaces, so that you can match the lowest price or even below the lowest price in order to capture the most sales demand.
  • Who need this? Retailer or reseller who require to maintain the lowest price leader in the market.

 

  1. Basic Search – First, you have to decide the search criteria. You can search by brand / keywords / categories.

  2. The sales strategy – The sales strategy is based on the initial search criteria. Particularly for monitoring the competitor, the selling marketplace represents the lowest seller for the specific product at the time of results generation. The item sold in last week represents the estimated average completed sales transaction in last 7 days at the point of results generation.
  3. Advance filter – After showing the sales plan, you can narrow the search criteria by using advance filter.
    • Filter by sales related criteria – You can decide which geographic or specific marketplaces that you prefer to track, e.g. if you sell in U.S. only and would like to monitor the U.S. competitors, then you will select the U.S. in the sourcing location which will include all the marketplaces under U.S.
  4. Export the sales plan
    • The function of export the sales plan in excel is only available for the paid user.
    • The report includes lots of data such as sourcing suppliers or commission fee. For monitoring the competitor, you can need the data of the sourcing marketing, seller details and the seller’s sales price.
