Eureka Hackathon is a case competition in collaboration with technology startups to co-create the future of real estate and retail. K12 is a data platform that facilitates the operation and profit maximization of K11. In order to cope with the pain points, we will collect consumer insights and provide recommendations to the current business accordingly.

K12 is a future consumer intelligence of shopping mall analytic. Through proprietary algorithms, it enables to collect the consumer behaviour data along with customer journey and turns to actionable insight to build unique Customer Experience, unique Trending Brands and unique Tenant Mix Strategy for the shopping mall. The solutions apply to different types of targeted customer segments and sizes of shopping malls.
